Tom Fowler is all about the fine print. In his roles as Managing Director and Listing Brokerat Coldwell Banker Residential - Developer Services Division, he oversees the legal, contractual and financing programs for developer communities. His meticulous attention to detail helps him excel at setting up Homeowner Associations with attorneys, structuring effective sales presentations, developing creative financing options, as well as handling contract negotiations.

Tom’s 30 years of real estate experience has helped position Coldwell Banker Residential - Developer Services Division among the leading sales and marketing companies in the Front Range.

Tom’s father, Jack, founded the Fowler Real Estate Company in 1958. Twenty years later, Tom took over the business and shaped it into one of Northern Colorado’s largest and fastest growing real estate firms, with five offices and 350 brokers. Today, Tom focuses all his skills on guiding the Crescent team with partner Laura Levy.
